Bonnie-Jill Laflin
So what does a tomboy who grows up wearing sports jerseys and spends her free time watching football games on television, end up doing when she grows up???? Bonnie-Jill Laflin is one of the most successful and sexiest professional cheerleaders the entire world of sports has ever produced...So much so, that she is probably one of the very few people to be presented with a Superbowl ring (San Francisco 49ers 1994-95) and three NBA Championship rings (L.A. Lakers 1999-00, 2000-01, 2001-02) for her extensive work assisting the general manager and the scouts during the NBA draft. Recently voted as one of FHM's "Most Eligible," the athletic beauty is combining the two loves in her life...fashion and sports. Bonnie-Jill is the founder of the hottest new clothing line to be sweeping the NBA, Double Play Sportswear, and is pursuing her dream as a sportscaster for Sporting News Radio and KCAL 9 (CBS' sister station in Los Angeles) as a correspondent. Bonnie-Jill's big break came just before her 18th birthday, when she was selected to the Golden State Warriors' cheerleading squad - being named in her first year by the NBA as Cheerleader of the Year. A year later, Bonnie-Jill was accepted to the San Francisco 49ers Goldrush Cheerleading squad, earning that season her most prized possession, a Superbowl ring. For the 1996-97 football season, Bonnie-Jill was one of 1,300 girls vying for one of only 13 available spots on "America's Sweethearts", otherwise known as the Dallas Cowboys cheerleading team - an intense two-week competition and tryouts - eventually becoming a member of the renowned squad. Becoming a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader has helped the beauty get modeling jobs for swimsuit calendars that eventually got her noticed by casting agents and producers. Bonnie-Jill landed a recurring role on Baywatch after the show's casting director spotted her layouts in a calendar.
However, Laflin is familiar to most television viewers who may not be sports fans from her memorable four episode guest appearances on Ally McBeal, playing "Billy's" dream girl.
Bonnie-Jill had also made guest appearances on Nash Bridges and The Jaime Foxx Show. A trained dancer, Bonnie-Jill had been featured in music videos for artists such as Lou Bega ("Mambo Mambo" & "Tricky Tricky"), Creed ("What If") and Little Texas ("God Bless Texas"). Frederick's of Hollywood knew they had struck gold when Bonnie-Jill Laflin walked through their door and they have been using her as one of their own sexy sirens ever since.
The pretty face and heavenly body of this former Miss Dallas-Fort Worth have also launched Bonnie-Jill into the advertising world - having been featured in Nike, Wrangler, Fritos, Carl's Jr., Coors, Miller Genuine Draft and Budweiser ads. The beauty has also been featured in numerous publications, including FHM, STUN!, Razor, OYE and Controversy magazines.
A native of San Francisco, Bonnie-Jill currently resides in the Los Angeles area with her Chihuahua/Boston Terrier mix, Diamond, and her two Calico cats, Dallas and Star.
In her spare time, which does not amount to much these days, she prefers horseback riding, boxing, rollerblading, and running. The aspiring sportscaster also follows the NFL, NBA and MLB daily stats as well as her racehorses (Lil' Miss Hollywood and Dancin' Deputy) - about the only remnants left from her tomboy days.

Dita Von Teese
Born in a small town in Michigan and raised in a historic antique-filled home, Dita Von Teese's longtime fascination with 1940s cinema and classic retro style has made her name and image synonymous with classic vintage glamour. As a very young girl, Dita became enchanted by the films and stars of Hollywood's Golden Age and spent her childhood dreaming of the high pastiche elegance of 1940s glamour and it's stars like Hedy Lamarr, Rita Hayworth and Betty Grable. It's no wonder that her childhood fondness for the beauty of yesteryear led her to be revered as not only the most celebrated vintage pinup model and burlesque star, but as one of Hollywood's most glamorous women. At age twelve, she moved out west from Michigan to Orange County, California with her parents and two sisters. Her teen years were spent continuing the classical ballet training she has studied since the age of four, and at age thirteen, she danced as a soloist with a local ballet company.
She idolized Cyd Charisse, a well known film star during the 1950s who was famous for using her classical ballet training for risqu dance numbers, epitomizing the classic femme fatale...an image Dita longed to grow up to be. For Dita, the appeal of mid nineteenth century glamour carried on into her adulthood, and she began collecting vintage clothes from the 1920s through the 1950s and learned about the details of dressing vintage from head to toe. She soon discovered that not only were women impeccably dressed, but that the underpinnings of the era were divine! In fact, her interest in elegant lingerie led her to pursue her first job at age 15 at a luxury lingerie boutique where she went on to become not only an excellent salesperson, but the shop's buyer of high end lingerie.(Not to mention collector!) In college, she studied historic costuming and had aspirations to work as a stylist for period films, but eventually found a niche for her love of vintage elegance as a model specializing in cheesecake.
Her love of feminine finery, particularly of classic seamed stockings and garters soon inspired her to acquire the ultimate lingerie piece.a Victorian corset! Having also admired the look of corsets in the films and photos set in the 1800s, she would have no idea at that time that her desire to tight-lace at age eighteen would lead her to a fetish boutique specializing in this type of exotic apparel. It was during one of her many visits to this fetish shop when she first saw an image of Bettie Page by famed artist Olivia.
In 1991, Dita set out to recreate some of Bettie's intriguing images in an effort to bring back nostalgic elegance to the pages of fetish magazines. Since then, Ms. Von Teese has often been compared to Bettie not only for her spirit and for her enduring image, but as the premiere fetish supermodel with countless magazine covers and as one of artist Olivia's favorite art muses. Her career as a glamour model skyrocketed, and it wasn't long before she gained worldwide mainstream press for popularizing retro style and vintage eroticism. Dita began one of the very first model websites ever created on the internet, and as the first retro styled pinup on the web, her site contains an extraordinary collection of over 10,000 impeccably self-styled photographs. Some of the best in the business have photographed her, including Ellen Von Unwerth, Dewey Nicks, Juergen Teller, P.R Brown, Rankin, Lionel Deluy, Sean McCall, Perou, Christophe Mourthe, Pierre et Gilles and famed artist Gottfried Helnwein. Dita has most recently been seen in major pictorials and on covers for magazines such as Maxim's Blender, GQ, Arena, The Face, Flaunt, The London Sunday Times, Women's Wear Daily, Esquire, Jane, Elle and Vogue.
Known for both her onstage elegance and off, her personal style has gained much attention in the pages of fashion and celebrity magazines Dita's career in burlesque began in 1993 as she made a hobby of collecting men's magazines from the 1930s and 40s. In these magazines, there were not only cheesecake photographs of her favorite sex goddesses, but also pages and pages of the burlesque dancers from the era. Dita first began performing her tribute to Sally Rand's feather fan dance at one of the biggest fetish events in the US in 1993, and in 1996, she tipped her hat to striptease icon Lili St Cyr by taking a champagne bath in a crystal-clear glass bathtub.
Her unsurpassed showmanship earned her the spotlight as the headlining performer at all three years of Teaseorama, the most highly publicized and attended showcase of the burlesque revival and she has since toured the United States and Europe as a solo performer. In 2002, Dita was singled out with rave reviews from Variety and The Los Angeles Times for her "girl in the glass" solo performances with Carmen Electra's Pussycat Dolls, and the film Charlie's Angels II features a nightclub scene that pays tribute and gives acknowledgment to Dita's trademark act.
During a run of performances in Hollywood, Dita caught Hugh Hefner's eye and put her on the cover of Playboy's coveted Holiday Gala issue showing off her astonishing sixteen and half inch corseted wasp-waist and a featuring a fabulously luxurious ten page pictorial of her signature 40's style. Whether she is lounging on her sparkling crescent moon, riding a brilliant rhinestone-encrusted carousel horse, bathing in a decadent jeweled clawfoot bathtub, or spinning around in a giant filigree sparkling heart, fans of the burlesque resurgence delight at the sophisticated and lavish spectacles that reflect her devotion to details and dedication to the time honored tradition of classic striptease. Dita regularly performs at The Playboy Mansion's special events, and toured the country for their 50th Anniversary tour. She regularly travels worldwide, and has captivated audiences at some of the most exclusive affairs on the planet for clients such as Louis Vuitton, In Style Magazine, Spike TV, Maxim Magazine, MTV, and at the televised New Years Eve and wedding party for The Osbournes. In Fall 2003, she made news with her risqu burlesque performances for the fashion set while draped in priceless jewels for a performance at London fashion week's most exclusive party for Garrard Diamonds, the British Crown Jewelers. Aside from continuing to make personal appearances worldwide and creating images for her website, Dita spends her free time collecting vintage couture hats, art deco era clothing and rare antique books about the history of burlesque and her favorite stars.
She drives a restored original 1939 Chrysler New Yorker and is an accomplished ballet, swing and argentine tango dancer. She spends her time off from traveling to relax at home in Hollywood with her fianc Marilyn Manson, their two Devonshire Rex cats Lily and Aleister, and two dachshunds Greta and Eva.
The year 2004 brings many new ventures for Dita. The Erotic Museum on Hollywood Boulevard currently features a special exhibit of Dita's stage costumes and her famous pink ostrich feather fans. Her first book "Burlesque and The Art of the Teese" published by Harpers Collins is due out November 2004, and the second, a vintage style cookbook will be released in January 2005. Also available are her signature brand of authentic 1940's seamed stockings and a line of couture stiletto shoes and a cosmetics are to be launched late 2004.

Angela Taylor
I was born in Santa Barbara California. I'm one of five girls in my family. I have one older sister and 3 younger sisters. My father who moved to Las Vegas shortly after I was born raised me. I attended elementary and middle school in Las Vegas, only to figure out this city wasnt enough for me. Not to rush over my school years or anything, but to be quite honest with you, I dont have any memories other than being completely boy crazy. I was boy crazy as far back as the first grade. I dont know if any of you remember this, but in school kids used to name the days, Monday - marriage day, Tuesday - toes day, etc. This is the way it worked, if you wore a skirt or dress to school on Friday, all the boys would flip it up all day long. Some of the girls would get upset and cry because they forgot it was Friday flip up day, not me, I loved it! In fact, I always wore a dress and little pink panties that said Friday. Of course I would act shy and shocked but between you and I, there was not a shy or shocked bone in my body. Which might I add, did not exist until the age of about 20 or 21.Oh yeah, I heard it all, daddy long legs, beanpole, and bones brigade. I guess you can say that wasnt really the reaction I was looking for, but I guess its better than no attention at all. My Father, which by this time having three girls, tried everything to keep us busy, especially me. I took basketball, tap, jazz, baton twirling and my favorite, gymnastics. I took 1st Place at the vault in the state meet and I always placed high in the floor routines. After about 6 years of gymnastics, I grew too tall for the sport and had to quit, which was devastating. Shortly after I auditioned for a sing and dance group called Reflections.
We performed all over. My favorite performance we did was Grease. By this time my dad had remarried and his wife was studying photography and always had these assignments due for her class. I was more than happy to volunteer to be the model in the picture. Even thought it wasnt necessary, I would always dress up and put on make-up. By the time she took the pictures to class they were probably all wondering who the clown in the picture was. Well, what do you expect; I was no make-up artist at 12 years old. At that time Madonna was just hitting it big with Material Girl, so you can imagine the shots. So I guess you can say that this was my first experience as a model.
When I turned 13 I decided to move to California and live with my Mom. That was another devastating time for me because I had become so close to my dad over the years. He had always made sure I did well in school, my grades were always above average, and I was always participating in a lot of school activities. He had rules and I followed them and that was that. I was definitely a daddys girl. Off to California I go! Now you have to imagine what it's like for a mother to finally get a chance to raise her daughter after 13 years. It seems like she didn't know how to be the parent. At first she was afraid to tell me to do anything. It seems like she played the best friend instead of the mother. Going from rules and tight schedules to no rules was quite a change. I had no curfew, I was allowed to have boys over, have a boyfriend, dress how I wanted, and wear make-up. I thought I had the coolest mom on the block and so did all my friends. Everybody loved to stay over at my house because they knew we could do whatever we wanted, and the boys wouldnt have to leave until about 2 am. That soon started to backfire on my mom.
I went completely wild and there was no telling me what to do from then on. She would punish me and ground me to my room, but I would just sneak out the window as soon as she fell asleep. That started to get old and we began fighting all the time.
The following year I moved out. I lived all over California until I finally got situated in Newport Beach. I worked at this very upscale hair salon where I met a bunch of fabulous girls that started taking me out to clubs, remember, at this point I was still seventeen.
I learned a lot and grew up very fast. I was already living in the fast lane as far as clubs, shopping, expensive restaurants, and rich men. Mind you, this wasnt just any group of girls, they were all blonde bombshells. Some of them were dancers at this bikini bar, some worked at my salon and some just got taken care of by their boyfriends. I started to commute to Los Angeles to sign-up with some modeling agencies. I booked a couple of commercials and got my first job with Playboy. I was so excited, my very first issue was a newsstand special called Latin Girls. I was spending so much time in Las Angeles that I decided to start looking for an apartment. About that same time I met this guy that I thought was so charming, so I decided to move in with him.
We found this beautiful place on Doheny and Sunset , and started playing house. If you have ever been to Las Angeles, you know there are a lot of strip clubs. I remember how glamorous my friends made it look, so I danced a couple of armature night contests. At the time I loved everything about dancing, the money, the sexy clothes, dancing on stage, and getting to be very flirtatious without having to be responsible. By that time I was starting to realize the guy I was dating wasnt what I thought he was going to be.
He was very jealous and started to cheat on me. It soon became a nightmare, this guy turned into a complete psycho. Obviously I moved out as soon as possible. Every girl has a stalker story, so here is mine. He would break into my apartment before I got home and be standing in my living room, I would have threatening phone calls, he keyed my car, he would provoke girls into starting fights with me and also turned my two closest fiends against me.
By the way, to whoever is reading this, if you live in the Los Angeles area, beware of a guy named Timmy Ianello!!! It became so unbearable that my girlfriend and I took off to New York. I was only with this guy a short while, but I have to say he really did a job on me. I was so hurt that I lost myself for the next 4 months, and was not in character with myself. I tried so hard to forget everything he had done to me. I started dancing at Scores and was partying every single night. I was making so much money, shopping all day, living in a hotel with two other girls and actually started taking an extreme liking to one of them.
I wouldnt say that I decided against men, but for the time I decided to give women a try. I think all girls that have danced or even been around the atmosphere of the whole strip club life had to have all taken a liking or at least a curiosity towards other women.
I really have to say for a while I didnt miss being with a man. Girls are so soft, sexy and just in tune with other girls feelings. It seems like a no brainer right, women with women and men with men, dont worry, Im just kidding.
It was fun, I wouldnt take that back. After a while you do start to miss a mans big strong hands, and being held in his arms where you feel so safe. Anyways, Ill always have an attraction towards women and if I end up with a girl here and there, great. Dont worry guys, at the end of the day Im always going to come running home to you.
Being the California beach bum that I am, you can imagine how the city starts to close in on you after a while. Dont get me wrong, I loved New York, I just really missed being able to see the beautiful ocean view, smell the cool breeze, and hear the seagulls. A couple of friends and I started making weekend trips to Miami Beach. The nightlife there is by far the wildest!! Maybe its the hot weather, its so warm all the time, and so the girls always dress so sexy, which makes all the guys crazy.
There is also a good mix of cultures in Miami, which makes it very interesting. Can you guess what I did next? You got it, Miami here I come. I made the move from New York to Miami Beach and have been there ever since. I have a great condo in a high rise right on the water; it has the most amazing view youve ever seen. I have two cats, Simon, and Sabra, and one ferret, Sasha. All girls of course, there is only room for one man in my house. Life in Miami is very relaxed.
Im working full time with Wilhelmina Miami and have been very lucky with work. Ive done dozens of national commercials anywhere from Ballys, Budweiser, Nair, and Coors. As far as print ads, I dont do a lot of catalogs; they told me Im too sexy. Actually that is one of the unfortunate things because Miami is all catalog and that is definitely where the money is. I do a lot of fitness, swimwear, lingerie, and anything that calls for a great body.
The biggest job I had, and the one I brag about is when I got hired to back-up sing and dance for Julio Inglesias for his Noche de Quatro Lunas tour. I worked with two other girls, one was the sexiest Cuban girl you ever saw, and man could she dance. She helped me out a lot and gave me pointers. The other girl was a tall thin redheaded Spanish girl who was the funniest sweetest thing. We saw the whole world in the blink of an eye.
We visited Milan, London, Paris, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia, Brazil, Venezuela, and Argentina. Being on tour can get very trying at times. You dont eat properly, and the food is so different everywhere you go. Sleep definitely starts to be an issue, the jet lag can be unbearable.
Tempers flared, but as soon as the show begins, everything is put aside and we all had a great time. Dont get me wrong; the shows were always followed with fabulous dinners with Julio and his people from Sony. We stayed in very fancy hotels, flew on his jet from country to country, and saw many amazing places. The Luvre in Paris, and Red Square in Russia to name a few.
Its funny with all this excitement you think it would be enough to keep anybody happy, not me, one night while we were in Paris, the Cuban girl and I snuck out to go for a stroll and ended up on a bungy jump. It cost us all our money we were given for the day, but we did it anyway. It was amazing and definitely the adrenaline rush I needed after such a hectic week.
If you were wondering why I say snuck out, its because we werent really supposed to stray too far from the hotel or leave without and escort. That gets annoying after a while so sneaking out happened quite often. When Im home I enjoy my time tanning, shopping, and hanging with my friends. Ive also recently started fashion and interior design.
Ive decorated a few apartments that came out looking gorgeous. Right now I just design cloths for myself to wear out, and the response to them has been surprising. I guess Im very well rounded when it comes to my talents.
I really dont think there is anything I cant do, and not much I havent done. My goals now are to land some covers and start working on the big screen. I intend to continue to expand in my study of dance.
I learned Latin dance with Julio, but now I want to take some ballet, jazz and some belly dancing. Ill take some pictures in class for all of you to see. Until then a tout a lheure. That means talk to you later in French.
Love Angela

The early yearsHere's my life story in a nutshell: I was born and eventually I will die. Oh, you want more? I'm flattered!
OK, I was born on May 31st and due to the fact that I have stopped aging, I cannot disclose the year (that was part of the deal). I am definitely a Gemini, a very strange breed and the sign of the Twins.
My ethnicity is Japanese/Caucasian. My mother and father met in Okinawa, Japan when my father was in the Army Special Forces. They married, had my brother, moved back to the States and had me. No, I was not raised as your stereotypical "military brat", but we did attend many crazy Special Forces reunions growing up
I spent my early childhood in the Midwest, my elementary and junior high years in Saudi Arabia of all places, and back to the Midwest for high school and college. I was quite the problem child back in the day so we'll leave most of those details out. Believe me, I was an unusually evil teen. What saved my ass throughout were my art, music and a supportive family.
During my years overseas, I was lucky enough to have traveled with my family all over the world. Before my teens, I had already traveled to Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Greece, Italy, France, England, Ireland, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Korea, and Saudi Arabia, and I'm probably even forgetting a couple places. These were mostly vacations that we took as a family during just about every holiday break that we were given. After all, living in Saudi Arabia was no picnic so we took advantage of every travel opportunity that we could. As a result of living in a foreign country for six years, combined with all the traveling that we did, the experiences and sights that I've seen have caused me to view the world from a very unique perspective. It's also contributed well to my insanity!

I always had a love for the arts, so when it came time for college I pursued the field of Graphic Design. I received my B.F.A. in Commercial Art/Computer Design from Millikin University, a small private liberal arts college in Illinois and worked as a Graphic Designer for a few years. Meanwhile, I had been dreaming about making the journey across the country to Southern California and I finally did just that in the fall of 1999. No regrets! This is truly the best weather in the country and the job opportunities are unreal.
I started modeling in 2001, after realizing that desk jobs are just not for me. You see, I'm a little hyper and I tend to complain just a bit when I'm confined, so sitting for eight hours a day is like a form of torture for me. Modeling has definitely been rewarding. I've modeled quite a range from beauty to glamour to fashion.
In 2002, I began focusing on music, namely the guitar, which I've been playing since my early teens. I'm now working on some amazing music projects and I only wish that I had moved to Cali years ago.
I love what I'm doing now. Every day is an adventure. I meet tons of people and it sure breaks the monotony of a nine-to-fiver. There is still so much more that I have yet to accomplish. What does the future hold? I couldn't tell you. I can tell you this...it will definitely be an interesting journey.
